What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected, to ensure an accurate provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyze your user behaviour.

2. Hosting and content delivery networks (CDN)
This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This can particularly pertain to IP addresses, contact enquiries, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website accesses and other data generated by a website.
A host is used for the purpose of contract fulfilment with respect to our potential and existing customers (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a reliable, fast and efficient provision of our online offers by a professional provider (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Our host will only process your data to the extent required to fulfil its obligations to perform and will follow our instructions in regard to this data.
We use the following host:

Contract conclusion on data processing
To ensure processing compliant with data protection requirements, we have concluded a processing agreement with our host.
3. General information and mandatory information
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating via email) can involve gaps in security. A seamless protection of data against third-party access is not possible.
Information regarding the controller
The controller for data processing on this website is:
Brammer Engineering / Dipl.-Ing. Benjamin Brammer
Telephone: +49 (0)30 629 390 29
The data controller is the natural person or legal entity, who/which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, email addresses or the like).
Information regarding transfer of data to the USA
Among others, tools from companies based in the USA are integrated into our website. If these tools are active, your personal data can be transferred to the US servers of the respective company. We would like to point out that the USA is not a safe third country in terms of the EU data protection laws. US companies are obligated to release personal data to security agencies without you, as the data subject, being able to take legal action against this. Therefore, it cannot be precluded that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, analyze and permanently store your data located on US servers. We do not have any influence on this processing.
Withdrawal of your consent for data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent given at any time. The legality of the data processing conducted up to the time of withdrawal is unaffected by the withdrawal.
Right to object to data collection in specific cases as well as to direct advertising (art. 21 GDPR)
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED TO ENGAGE IN DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING AT ANY TIME; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING, INSOFAR AS IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH DIRECT ADVERTISING. IF YOU OBJECT; YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS THEN NO LONGER USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT ADVERTISING (OBJECTION ACCORDING TO ART. 21 SEC. 2 GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority
In the event of violations against the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of his/her habitual abode, place of work or place of alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint applies irrespective of other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the data, which we process in an automated manner based on your consent or to fulfil a contract, yourself or to have it transmitted to a third party in a commonly used and machine-readable format. If you request a direct transmission of the data to another controller, this can only be done insofar as technically feasible.
Information, erasure and rectification
In accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right to free information pertaining to your stored data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and if applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data at any time. You can contact us in this regard or in regard to any other questions pertaining to personal data at any time.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data. You can contact us at any time in this regard. You have the right to restrict processing in the following cases:
- If you contest to the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we normally need time to check this issue. During the time we require to check your data, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data took place/is taking place unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of the erasure of the data.
- When we no longer require your personal data but you require it to exert, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restricting the processing of your personal data instead of erasing it.
- If you have objected according to art. 21 sec. 1 GDPR, a balancing between your and our interests must conducted. As long as it has not been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this means that such personal data – aside from its storage – can only be processed with your consent or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural person or legal entity or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
4. Data collection on this website
Our website uses so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files. They are not harmful to your device. They are either stored temporarily on your device for the duration of the session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted after your session ends. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or your web browser conducts an automatic deletion.
To some extent, third-party cookies can also be stored on your device when you access our website (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services provided by the third-party company.
Cookies have various functions. Numerous cookies are technically required because certain website functions are not possible without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or displaying videos). Other cookies serve analyzing user behaviour or showing advertisements.
Cookies required to implement the electronic communication process (essential cookies) or to provide specific functions you desire (functional cookies e.g. for the shopping cart function) or to optimize the website (e.g. cookies to quantify web audiences), are stored based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless a different legal basis is indicated. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically flawless and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as consent was requested for the storage of cookies, storage of the respective cookies solely takes place based on this consent (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR); this consent can be withdrawn at any time.
You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are created and only to allow cookies in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies in specific cases or all cases as well as to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Blocking cookies can limit the functionality of this website.
Server log files
The operator of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The processing of this data is based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically flawless presentation and optimization of its website – the server log files are collected for this purpose.
Requests via email, phone or fax
When you contact us via email, phone or fax, we store and process the personal data (name, enquiry) resulting from that contact for the purpose of our processing your concerns. We do not forward this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your enquiry is associated with the fulfilment of a contract or required for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Processing in all other cases is based on our legitimate interest in an effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR), provided it was requested.
The data you send us in line with a contact form is stored by us until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose of data storage no longer applies (e.g. after processing your enquiry has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
5. Data analysis tools and advertising
This website uses “WordPress Statistics”, to statistically analyze visitor access. The provider is the Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110-4929, USA.
WordPress Statistics uses technologies, which recognize users for the purpose of enabling the analysis of user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). Among other things, WordPress Statistics collects log files (among others referrer, IP address, browser), the origin of the website visitor (country, city) and what actions you have taken on the website (e.g. clicks, views, downloads) for analysis. The information collected in this manner on the use of this website is stored on servers in the USA. Your IP address is made anonymous after processing and prior to storage.
These data analysis tools are used based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of user behaviour, to optimize its website as well as its advertising. Insofar as consent was requested (e.g. consent to store cookies), this processing is solely based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR; this consent can be withdrawn at any time.
